• Chicken - 2kg • Onion - 4 nos • Ginger - 1 Tbsp • Garlic - Tbsp • Green Chilly - to taste • Vayalil Spices Chicken Masala Powder - 4 Tbsp • Turmeric Powder - a pinch • Curry Leaves - a generous amount • Salt - to taste
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until it becomes translucent. Add ginger, garlic, green chilly into this and stir for a few seconds. Add Vayalil Spices Chicken Masala and turmeric powder. Add chicken pieces and salt to this. A half boil is enough. Then bring out the chicken pieces from the gravy and fry the chicken pieces separately in another pan. Bring back the fried pieces into the gravy. Season it with curry leaves and green chillies.
