Duck Masala

Ingredients

• Duck  - 2kg
• Onion (Sliced) - 5 nos
• Ginger (Sliced) - 1Tbsp
• Garlic (Sliced) -1/2 tsp
• Potato (Diced) - 2 nos
• Green chilly   - to taste
• Curry leaves - as required
• Vayalil Spices Duck Masala Powder - 3 Tbsp
• Coconut milk - as required
• Salt  -  to taste

Preparation

Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes
    Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion first. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilly, curry leaves and Vayalil Spices Duck Masala Powder. Stir it for a minute. Add diced potato and salt into this give a good mix. Add duck pieces into this masala, give it a nice stir. Cook for a while and add Coconut milk and gently heat this. Serve hot with Appam, chapati, paratha etc.
