• Boiled Egg - 4 Nos • Onion (Sliced) - 4 nos • Ginger (Sliced) - 1 tsp • Garlic (Sliced) - 1/2 tsp • Curry leaves - as required • Vayalil Spices Egg Masala Powder - 2 Tbsp • Turmeric powder - a pinch • Tomato sauce - to taste • Water - as required • Coconut milk- as required • Salt - to taste
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 20 Minutes Saute onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a pan with coconut oil. When the onion turns light brown colour and Vayalil Spices Egg Curry Masala Powder, turmeric powder and salt into it. Stir it and add boiled eggs and serve it hot. This is a method for egg roast. Add water and tomato sauce before adding boiled eggs for Egg Curry. Add Coconut milk instead of water and tomato sauce for a rich taste. Serve it hot with Appam, Putting, Chapati etc.
