Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 20 Minutes Mix the ginger, garlic paste along with Vayalil Spices Fish Fry Masala Powder, turmeric powder and salt in lime juice. Apply this masala to the fish and keep it for an hour. Heat oil in a pan and place a generous amount of curry leaves into the pan. Spread the marinated fish pieces into the oil and fry them.
