• Fish (Any Variety) - 1 kg • Garlic - 2 Tbsp • Ginger - 1 tsp • Curry leaves - a generous amount • Cambodge - 2 flakes • Vayalil Spices Fish Masala Powder -3 Tbsp • Turmeric Powder - a pinch • Salt - to taste
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes Heat the pan with oil. Add ginger and garlic to this. Stir it occasionally. Then reduce the heat to low. Add curry leaves and Vayalil Spices Fish Masala Powder into this. Sauté until you get the aroma of the masala. Cut Cambodge into two small pieces and add this along with turmeric powder and salt. Pour water as required and let it boil. Add the fish pieces into the boiling gravy. Boil for another couple of minutes and serve it hot.
