• Meat (Diced) - 3kg • Ginger (Crushed) -3 Tbsp • Garlic (Crushed) - 3 Tbsp • Onion (Sliced) -6 nos • Green chillies- to taste • Curry leaves - as required • Coconut bites - as required • Vayalil Spices Meat Fry Powder -100 gm • Turmeric Powder -1 tsp • Coconut oil- as required
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Heat oil in a pan and fry some coconut bites. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté it for a minute and reduce the flame to low and add Vayalil Spices Meat Fry Powder, turmeric powder and salt into this. Sauté for a minute and add the cleaned meat into this and cook it by covering the lid. Stir the gravy occasionally while cooking, to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add Coconut oil when the gravy dries out. Stir the meat for 10 -15 minutes. Serve it hot after the meat turns brown-black and dried out completely.
