Meat Masala

Ingredients

• Meat (Diced)        - 3kg
• Ginger (Crushed)  - 2 pieces
• Garlic (Crushed) - 2 nos
• Onion (Sliced) -6 nos
• Green chillies- to taste
• Tomato - 2 nos
• Curry leaves - as required 
• Vayalil Spices Meat Masala Powder -100 gm 
• Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
• Coconut oil- as required 
• Salt - as required 

Preparation

Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes
    Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, green chillies, curry leaves and sauté it well. Reduce the flame to low and add Vayalil Spices Meat Masala Powder, turmeric powder and salt into this. Stir it for a minute and add the cleaned meat into this and cook it by covering the lid. Stir the gravy occasionally while cooking. Serve it hot with Appam, Chapati, Paratha, Rice, kappa etc.
