• Mutton - 1 kg • Onion (Sliced) - 4 nos • Ginger (Sliced) - 1 tsp • Garlic (Sliced) - 1/2 tsp • Vayalil Spices Mutton Masala Powder - 3 Tbsp • Turmeric Powder - a pinch • Green Chilly - as required • Curry Leaves - as required • Salt - to taste.
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes Pour oil into the cooker and heat it. Add onion, ginger, garlic and sauté it well. Reduce the flame to low and add Vayalil Spices Mutton Masala Powder, turmeric powder and salt into this. Stir for a minute and add sliced mutton to this gravy. After it is enough cooked season curry leaves, green chilly, mustard and add into the curry. Cashew nuts fry can also be used as a garnishing element.
