Chicken - 2 kg Onion (Sliced) - 2 nos Ginger (Sliced) - 1 Tbsp Garlic (Sliced) - 1 Tbsp Green chilly - as required Vayalil Spices Pepper Chicken Masala - 50 gm Turmeric powder - a pinch Curry leaves - a generous amount
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 20 Minutes Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies. Sauté it well. Reduce the heat to low flame and add Vayalil Spices Pepper Chicken Masala and turmeric powder and stir it. Add salt to taste. Add the cleaned chicken pieces and cook them. Serve it hot with Appam, Chapati, paratha etc.
