• Chicken - 2 kg • Ginger paste - 1 tsp • Garlic paste -1 tsp • Green Chilli - 1 Tbsp • Vayalil Spices Tandoori Chicken Masala - 3 Tbsp • Turmeric Powder - a pinch • Curd - as required • Olive oil - 1 Tbsp • Salt - as required
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 30 Minutes Make a mix of ginger, garlic, green chillies, Vayalil Spices Tandoori Chicken Masala, Turmeric powder, Curd, Olive oil and salt. Marinate the masala mix into the chicken pieces. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Then, in a grilling oven, cook the pieces. Apply butter or olive oil intermittently. Serve hot with Bread, Chapati, Naan etc.
