• Green peas - 250 gm • Onion - 1 nos • Potato - 2 nos • Carrot - 2 nos • Beans - 5 nos • Garlic - 1/2 tsp • Ginger - 1 tsp • Green Chilli - to taste • Vayalil Spices Vegetable Masala Powder - 1 Tbsp • Coconut milk - as required
Preparation
Recipe Cook Time: 20 Minutes Cook the vegetables in a pot using sufficient water and salt. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves and stir it occasionally. Add Vayalil Spices Vegetable Masala Powder and sauté until you get the aroma of the Masala. Add the cooked vegetables into this masala mixture. Then add coconut milk according to your taste. Add a generous amount of salt. Serve it hot.
